Bible College Students Bearing Fruit

Dear friends in the ministry, greetings from Joseph H Schneider. It gives me great pleasure to send you regular updates from the mission field. For the first time our Bible College students were sent out to evangelise in teams. They returned this week with outstanding reports of their adventures in Christ.

Each month we supply the students with food and accommodation. They study and eventually become full time workers in our ministry. The cost to keep the Bible College each month is $1500 Australian Dollars. It is by faith that Joe, Anne and supporters supply this need.

However we want to give you the opportunity to take part and be blessed in building your future inheritance. To be a partner in building God’s kingdom takes responsibility and faith.

Here are reports from our student teams that went out to evangelise.

Our students who went out for rural evangelism, have come back safe and sound. They shared wonderful testimonies from their harvesting fields. All together they were able to cover about
33 villages preaching the gospel to hundreds of people.

Mr. Napoleon our student said that while he and his team were sharing the word of God to the Hindu people, several Hindu people at Kakwa village told him to pray for the sick and if they get healed they will than believe in Jesus Christ. They (the Hindu) people brought some sick people and when Napoleon prayed for them they were healed. Praise God that people start to see the wonderful miracles of God in their lives.

Minthang Vaiphei, another of our students, went to Thingkeu village which is close to Mizoram border and he shared the wonderful word of God with the tribal hidden people. According to Minthang Vaiphei around 120 people received Jesus Christ as their Lord. Minthang Vaiphei was able to visit 10 different interior villages mostly in the isolated jungle of the Manipur and Mizoram border.

Lempu, who is one of the team leaders, told us that they were able to visit 11 interior villages close to Thangjing hills, and were able to preach to about 270 people and by God’s grace about 29 people gave their lives to God and about 15 people got healed through their prayers.

Mr. Thangin who went to Myanmar border came back yesterday (Wednesday) in the afternoon. According to Mr. Thangin he was really happy to see many lives saved and a great difference in the lives of people. Thangin in his report told us that before he studied the bible he was one of the worst boys in his area, but now after he has come to our Bible College his live has absolutely changed, not only him but he also changed the lives of hundreds of people in the Myanmar border. Thangin told us that many people who knew him before he came to our Bible College were amazed, as he is now fully converted and has become a strong instrument of God. Thangin told us that he follows the principles and strong faith of Papa Joe. Mr. Thangin said Papa Joe’s strong faith and principles have taught him so much in his spiritual life.

Several of our boy students are practising music preparing themselves for the upcoming crusade in September 2006.

Several of our workers have again left for a rural evangelism. They will be here on the 10th, we will have many more reports on the that day from the harvest fields, and we will give you all the updates.

Our College principal’s health condition is now better and we expect that he can continue his teaching next week. Thanks for the funds for wages and the Bible College you transferred yesterday. Please try to raise some more funds as we need steel framed windows, glass and timber for the doors of our Diplomatic Centre.

Yesterday there was a combing operation in our Newlambulane area as the police department got information that there was terrorist movement in the area. They arrested several terrorists. Please keep praying that VCC & ROLWE will become an important instrument of God to bring peace and harmony in our trouble torn state Manipur.

We always pray for our board members of VCC & ROLWE in Australia.

Yesterday I was called to take Lolly’s father to the doctor as he was bleeding internally after an operation. He was in great pain, so immediately we took him to the hospital and now he is re-admitted again in the hospital after being discharged three days ago. His condition is now stable and he will be recover very soon.

Dear Papa, we love you and we always keep praying for you.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Your missionary brother
Minthang Suantak.
