On October 19 th 1983, Joseph Schneider saw a vision of the world and he saw that there was a bottle on top of the world. It had burst and oil was flowing out, moving slowly from nation to nation. He asked the Lord, "What does this mean?" He was given the following answer:

"Tell the people you meet that they will be a part of a worldwide evangelistic thrust to create a new zeal in reaching the unreached. The oil of anointing does not know borders or boundaries and will flow into the hearts of people who I am calling to achieve My will in these last days. It will entwine itself into different ministries, already established, to build a united front and form a more organised thrust to achieve My will. Through this body of ministries, every country in the known world will be reached."

Mission

ROLWE's mission is to reach unreached people groups in a worldwide context with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

ROLWE is committed to the uncompromised Word of God and ministry to the whole person, believing that it is God's will for mankind to prosper spiritually, intellectually and materially as they develop in spirit, soul and body.

ROLWE is a non-denominational organisation that operates in the body of Christ by bringing people together and equipping them for the task of world evangelization.

Joseph H. Schneider,
President and Founder of ROLWE

Joseph Schneider, affectionately known as 'Papa Joe', is the multi-gifted Founder and President of ROLWE. He has given many years to Christian service, beginning in 1962 as a missionary among Aboriginal tribes in the Kimberleys of Western Australia. In 1970, Joseph married, and over the years he and his wife Anne have raised four children. In 1975, he attended Bible College, but perhaps the most significant event in Joseph's ministry occurred in 1979 when God clearly marked him with a call to the people of China.

God moved powerfully during Joseph's first missionary journey into China in 1983 and, since then, Joseph's faithfulness to Christ has kept him going beyond the natural and through all kinds of barriers to reaching the unreached worldwide. God has continually opened doors for Joseph to organise evangelism mission teams to visit China, Russia, India, Chile, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Myanmar with great effectiveness. "Impossible" is an unfamiliar word to Joseph because God makes all things possible.

Joseph's work is now recognized on a global level. In addition to his work through ROLWE, Joseph is an Executive Director of the International Third World Leaders Association, through whom he has special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Every year he attends the Third World Leaders Summit where he meets with leaders from 35 to 40 different countries. It has been a very fast 20 years for Joseph and ROLWE, but the way things are shaping up; the best and most exciting times are yet to come.

Anne H . Schneider,
Vice President

Anne Schneider is the faithful wife of Joseph Schneider. She is a woman of great wisdom. She leads a life of prayer and intercession for her husband and the ROLWE team. Her four children; David, Jeremy, Rodney and Melissa; are her greatest joy and legacy. Anne has traveled with Joseph on many occasions to China, Myanmar, India, USA and Bahamas. She is a gifted teacher, with a background in the field of education, and is passionate about the Word of God. Anne enjoys working with children and has immense compassion for those who are underprivileged, elderly or neglected. This is shown in her life of selfless devotion to those more needy than herself.
